Island Surf

The condo is stuated across the street from the ocean and Kalama Park where most of the surfing takes place (in south Kihei).  You can walk to many restaurants and bars and there is a 24 hour Safeway type place (only a bit smaller) two blocks away.  There is cable TV (42 inch tv in living room) and internet (both wired and wireless).  Both bedrooms have queen beds.  The second bedroom can be multi purpose dining room and/or bedroom and /or den.  It has a newly installed murphy bed  (the whole condo has been renovated).  There is a small stacked washer and dryer in the suite and the kitchen is very well equipped.  

It is a concrete six storey building and we are on the top floor.  You can see the sun rise and set from our lanai - it's a 180 degree view - because of the height we get nice breezes coming from the ocean.  In the aerial photo we are the fourth and fifth balconies from the right hand side on the top floor.  Our balcony is actually a double balcony (lanai).  The street shot of the building is our side which is the right hand side of the building.  The pool (which has been redone) is on the second floor on the left hand side of the building which also has two newer Weber BBQs.
